The solo project of Paul Kelly, The Martial Arts follow recent free download ‘No Victory’ with new single Not Coming Down. Explaining the new single Kelly comments: “‘Not Coming Down’is a rumination on mental health issues and the act of rumination itself”. Continuing “It was written and recorded with its main instrument, the Suzuki Omnichord, and somehow manages be the indie pop/powerpop answer song to Irene Cara’s ‘Flashdance (What A Feeling)’.
